Refund Policy for STERLING APPAREL, LLC

30-Day Refund Period:

Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, customers must return the product in its original condition and provide proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fees:

STERLING APPAREL, LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returned products. Bulk Buyers (Clothing Apparel): For bulk buyers of clothing apparel, the same refund policies apply. However, please note that the condition and proof of purchase requirements still stand.

How to Initiate a Refund:

To initiate a refund, customers can contact our customer support at contacto@sterling.fashion. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to refund.

Exceptions:

STERLING APPAREL, LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are returned beyond the 30-day refund period.
